ZapX is a marketplace that connects users with photographers and videographers. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Standards.
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet your local legal age requirement, to use ZapX. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.
ZapX connects clients with independent photographers and videographers. We do not directly provide photography or videography services. All bookings are fulfilled by independent creatives using the platform.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. ZapX may collect a service fee on transactions made through the platform.
Once a booking is confirmed, both parties are expected to fulfill the agreement. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to ZapX platform policies.
You agree to use ZapX in a respectful and lawful manner. This includes not engaging in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity, not harassing or misleading other users, only uploading content you have the right to use, and not attempting to bypass platform payments or protections.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos, videos, and related materials. By using ZapX, you grant us permission to display and use this content as needed to operate, market, and improve the platform.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or that negatively affect the platform or its users.
ZapX is not liable for disputes, losses, damages, or issues arising from interactions, agreements, or transactions between users and creatives.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZapX after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
